Cancellation Policy

Peninsula Pickleball Coach Pickleball lessons require advance planning, court arrangements and travel time. To ensure fairness to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all private lessons, group coaching sessions and prepaid lesson packages. Cancellations and Rescheduling More than 24 hours' notice: You may cancel or reschedule your booking without penalty. For individual lesson bookings, any refund will be considered in accordance with the applicable booking terms and Australian Consumer Law. Within 24 hours of your session: Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. You may reschedule your booking once only, subject to availability. No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited. Prepaid lessons and lesson packages: All prepaid lessons and lesson packages are non-refundable. If you need to change a booking, you may reschedule the affected session once only, subject to availability. No refunds are provided for unused lessons, except where required by law. Weather or court closures: If a session must be cancelled due to unsafe weather or court closure, we will arrange an alternative session. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be provided where required by law. Cancellation by the coach: If Peninsula Pickleball Coach needs to cancel a session, we will offer a replacement session or a refund where appropriate.
